Hey guys! Long time no journal, so I thought I'd say a few words.

First, I've entered an art contest! Yay! I hope my submission is well received by the judges. I have to say, I didn't work too hard on it until I got it on the computer. I spent an entire night just putting colour to it, then finding the right background, and putting all the pieces together. I'm finally pleased with it.

As you guys can see, I ran into a copy of Photoshop Elements 3. The program cost me all of a dollar! I wandered into the Salvation Army store by my house and saw the disk, with it's key code just lying on a shelf. Gabe plucked that thing up faster then a fat man goes after hotwings.

And my iBook doesn't slow down a second when I run PSE. Not like my old custom PC and PS7 *shudder*. Yeah, I kinda miss all the features PS7 had, but i miss the files I had on the custom more. 6 gigs of music, gone! ;-; All those image files...*sniff*

Anyway, me and Kou have been on a roll. Colouring pictures, typing stories; one day, I'll get a tablet so I can draw directly on the computer. i don't really mind using the library's scanners.

...Especially since i dled the drivers so i could run the scanners on my lappy. Kou doesn't freeze when i try to scan! Arg!
